This blog was started by me because into my second day back at ST, I realised that many press releases did not have at least one mobile number of a contact person from the vendor. It's called Help Us To Help You and I'm hoping that me and my colleagues will contribute to this blog for tips on how PR execs can help us to help you.

So the first thing from me, is please leave at least one mobile number of someone contactable in your press release. Cheers.
